Now while it's summer I will generally sit outside with a laptop on sunny days and play video games.
The balcony here is semi walled off and as a result the sun doesn't make the display unreadable. I'll also generally have a drink nearby for maximum comfy.

Also I don't take adderall, I used to take concerta several years ago but that's the extent of it.
