How the fuck are you creating a 3MB .torrent? I have only two that big -- the 1.3TB Touhou lossless (7MB) and the 700GB DragonBall BDMV collection (3.6MB). A 9GB file shouldn't even be close at unless you're using like 16k pieces. I just tested and a 9.69GB torrent with 2MB pieces comes in at 98k.
