There are many places you can spend bitcoin on. You can also cash out in chunks with ease.
Sure it's not as good as having $75M in cash in your hands right now, but it's still pretty comfy.

I prefer $$$$ because it just werks in any country

But you can get $10,000 on a whim, effectively an unlimited number of times.
No, you won't just up and buy a house overnight. But you can up and buy a car overnight (or over a week, or something). You can up and buy the latest meme graphics card at launch if you feel like it. You can buy any reasonable food you want, and pay any reasonable rent, without needing any other source of income.
Like I said, not as good as actually having $75M cash in hand, but for basically nothing ($100 and wait a few years) still damn useful. Only problem is if the memes finally catch up and the bubble bursts for good, you'll lose anything you haven't cashed out yet. But honestly everyone screams BTFO at every single bubble, so I actually bought £100 earlier this year when it was like £1000/BTC and I'll see where I get in another 7 or so years - maybe I can break £5k with my 0.1BTC lol.
