So I finally hacked my PS3. Can someone help me out with this program? I placed a PS3 game folder in dev_hdd0/game/ and no matter what even if I go to the eboot.bin and press it it will not mount or show up in the XMB to play. It says server error (HTML error 400) when I do.

This is probably bait since you're trying to run it from WebMan but whatever, I'll bite since I just hacked my PS3 not long ago.
I don't know whether its a software or hardware hack but in either case you'll need to have Multiman installed.
Whatever firmware you're on, I recommend installing the lastest REBUG fw.
You can't PS3 games right from the XMB, you always need to run Multiman first. Make sure you're folders structure for your game is:
/dev_hdd0/GAMES/Folder's name you want/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN
Notice the folder is in GAMES with an "S", not just GAME.
