Say I have a sitty 1080i BD. Theres a dirty line on the top 1p thick for about 100 frames total over 5 segments and a 2p green bar on the right the whole video

Forgetting about deinterlacing etc in the filter, i want to encode it to 720p.

Do i crop (0,0,-2,-0) and do fillmargins (1,0,2,0) to keep OAR and effectively crop out by covering the lines? Or am i using fillmargins when i should be using BalanceBorders?
