What you want to do here is basically what subs groups are doing and it takes hours to achieve it. You can't "beat" HS that way. You can't even beat them at all.
Even just filtering CR's video for each resolution would take like 2 hours. People would have HS long before that. The only way you can hope to beat HS is to leak shows when CR's upload them early on their cdn, HS wait CR's airing time to release them.

A few hours is no slight delay. Look at shows that get fansubbed, basically no one download them. At most they'll get 40% of HS download count.
Everyone already set their rss feed to HS and normalfags only "trust" them.

If you want better encodes and scripts just get your usual fansub releases or form your own group, but no way a single group can take care of 40 shows per season it's just impossible.
