Is it a good idea to use a TV as a main monitor?
>>60561708
Terrible idea.
>>60561708
>low res
>larger screen
>worse power management

B-but it's bigger. And cheap!
I get to see my chinese cartoon girls in larger size.
>>60561765
get an HP OMEN 32"
>>60561785
>32"
anon, I was thinking about getting a glorious 55" or 60" 4k tv as a monitor
>>60561952
>wasting 4k on a 55"-60"
How about you just give me your money rather than wasting it
>>60562042
Then what screen size is good?
>>60560898
What's the point of having cable or satellite TV when it's on the internet for free? The local stations are free and that's good enough for me.
>>60562065
43"
55" is good

I have a TV mostly for Chromecast usage. It's an old 32" 720p Philips. Not latest and greatest but it works and I got it for free, works for me very well and lets me watch my movies etc. through Plex

48" master race.
>>60561708
Often not. Many are way too laggy and hurt to use that way.
I am running a 60 inch tv as a main monitor mainly because i am a broke fag, however it works fairly well. I haven't had any issues with it although i do plan to get a legitimate monitor soon.
