Everything except single rear fan is intake.

This will prevent dust accumulation.

Top and back out, front in. It's called negative pressure and it prevents dust accumulation, ignore anything else.

Front as intake, everything else as exhaust. If you had slots on the bottom then you could use those as intakes, but that's quite uncommon in cases.

Could set the back fan as intake too but it doesn't really affect anything.
