Only downsides are sue to limited storage space, you have to manage what you want to seed between all your trackers and it can be a hassle, and because you have limited storage, it can be hard to accrue BP over various trackers, but the raw upload you get from it more than makes that a moot point except for trackers where BP do more than buy upload a la GGn
