However, since months Deluge has some very annoying problems (e.g. torrents are paused randomly, SLL tracker from APL is not supported). Apparently, this is the fault of libtorrent. Do other clients also rely on libtorrent?

That said downloading a bunch of freeleech torrents, seeding form a month to get 25gb up and uploading ten torrents is easy. If you need content to upload then just transcode music. It only requires 10 uploads.

AB has invites to a lot of level two trackers which would go along way to getting you ready to getting into a cabal tracker.
