Most private trackers aren't download-city, so it's pretty easy to catch someone reporting upload on a torrent with no downloaders and who nobody else is reporting upload on. If you're reporting fake upload on more than one active torrent, it's not too hard to track down the common link between swarms with unbalanced stats, either. And if you fake upload on one torrent you'd have to keep it very low to not stand out.
So probably not worth it compared to just running legit. Trackers ain't hard if you have some space for seeding torrents.

They also don't allow screenshots and use a ridiculous backend that makes "personalized" backgrounds and stats for every member so even taking a screenshot will let the mods know who the user is. Like I said, major autism. If you don't need super rare un-uploadable books/music/videos from other trackers then avoid this tracker, it's just not worth the effort.

That doesn't really work in bad economies like RED so it's autosnatchers filter what they download (current consensus is that they download 2017 100% FLACS).
