RED and APL are the two to be on. They are not at the level as WCD, but they've both grown far faster than WCD did when it started.

RED:
- Economy is in shambles
- Staff are assholes, but sysops are both good people and active in the site
- They have the most content

APL:
- Economy is in shambles, but you get a 2 GB FL token for every five perfect FLACs
- Staff are unusually good, but main sysop is MIA
- Less content than RED, but on the same order of magnitude

NWCD:
- Economy is...nothing. No one downloads here
- Development here is the most active
- Under a tenth the content of APL

- Surpassed in a few months by RED and APL

WCD wasn't really all that great outside of the global FL events, FL tokens and staff picks.

You'd earn buffer with those and then spend it on stuff you wanted (which you'd rarely seed anything on outside of FL events). If you missed the FL events, you basically were fucked due to the seedboxers grabbing all the ratio and not spending enough of it.

As much as I would've liked to see NotWhat take off and form the holy trio of music trackers, sadly it's a wasteland. Far less than 1/10th the content of APL.

Current stats are about 40,000 torrents on NWCD, ~700,000 on APL, and ~1,000,000 on RED.

I really can't tell the difference between the content of APL and RED, so maybe I'm just not into obscure enough music.
