It's easy enough to accrue enough capital yourself to 'feed' several users who don't want to contribute back. If you bail someone out, you should be sure that person understands where they fucked up before and won't do it again, or else it'll fuck you too.

Were it not for such a warning, I'd go on JPS and bail out everyone begging to be in their bailout forum, because I've been accruing fuckloads of upload and bonus points for years on that site. Since I have no need to buy upload, the points go to waste.
