Yup. Literally can only have Time Warner aka Spectrum where I live. That's it. I pay for 25mbps and get about 2, usually less. I've called them so many fucking times and they'll fix it for a day then revert it the next day. I pay for 50/50. Most of the time I get 40-55mbps up and down but in the evenings the download sometimes drops to 3-10mbps which is really fucking annoying.
