In a 3-phase spot welder, how are the 3 phases wired to the two electrodes?
They aren't.
Carefully.
Seriously I don't know the answer but this sounds like a worthwhile question so here's a bump. Good luck.

More level charge through the entire time, less oscillating. Overall a waste but so is a water bed for smooth sleeps.

Well I have a spot welder question.
My company gave my work cell a used spot welder they had.
It's a large unit that's turned wayyyyyy down to make tiny 1mm tacks on F35 parts.
But the damn thing is 10x slower than my current machine.
Takes like 5 seconds for it to go through all the cycles and cooling setting.
How can I speed it up?
