Idea: personal jewleech tokens.

When a user spends a personal jewleech token on a torrent, every piece of data seeded to that jewleech leecher is decremented from the seeder's upload total rather than incremented.

For example, a lone seeder with 100gb of upload would end with 95gb of site upload credit after a user jewleeches them on a 5gb torrent.
