I've seen sites every now and then where the staff is to blame for bullshit, but more often than not, it's usually users who bring drama and all other sorts of negativity to a community that instigate any bullshit that would go on. We could either mediate the discussion from a neutral standpoint, or we could simply ban the user to rid the community from the negativity if we feel that the user will bring more problems in the future.

Uploaders invest their time because they believe the community is worth their investment. This doesn't have anything to do with breaking the rules as I've said before if you break the rules you should get banned but most mods/admins take it upon themselves to be some kind of moral paragon to ban people just because they don't like the discussion they are having. If mods/admins do not like discuss with users they should shut down the community forum and have a private forum for themselves to discuss things.

From a purely objective perspective (I don't care about community or forums), which music tracker is currently the most promising, RED or APL or NWCD? Which one has the most organized and curated collection?

I don't really care about climbing, I only want a good music tracker. Does any current private music tracker have better quality/quantity than rutracker? If I only want high-quality audio tracks, should I just stick with rutracker or is it worth joining a private music tracker?

Usually the most organized will have less content because it's easy to handle 100k torrents over a few months than it is 900k. That's not to say RED is a COMPLETE mess, but artists/albums with 100 different editions probably aren't accurate. At the same time NWCD wouldn't have all the editions anyway.
