I assume that both PCs have the same IP addresses family, netmask, and gateway, and are on the same LAN, be it cable or wifi.

Both have to be in the same workgroup, for example WORKGROUP
(not the windows vista or higher workgroup creator with a code, just that old style group)

You rightclick on the folder you want to share,
click properties
change tab to share
use the regular, not advanced share, add homegroup or everyone there, save.

From this point onwards this folder should be visible in File Explorer under Network group.

If you have 2 similiar fans, and want them, for example, to move 10 CFM of air, then bigger fan will be quieter because it can spin slower than the smaller one, to achieve the same performance - because the fan blades area is bigger

I can't watch 360 degree YouTube vids in my phone browser. It just gives me the complete footage unstitched.

Is that normal? I've read some articles saying that 30 Videos should work fine on iOS.

I swapped mobo's and cpu's, and added 4gb extra ram, now my windows fucks up when I resume from sleep.

It says the amd driver crashed, and screens keep flicking on and off every 5 seconds, I assume because the driver keeps crashing, then after about 3 minutes it blue screens. The blue screen disappeares instantly, so not sure what it says.

Gonna try reinstalling amd drivers, and video record the bluescreen so I can see what it says, (unless there's a better way), then I guess reinstall windows, some people say it fucks up when you get a new mobo without a reinstall.

Any ideas?

I have a virtualized gateway server and I have some arbitrary servers, all virtualized.
The virtualized gateway can ping the internet and the servers.
The servers however, cannot ping past the virtualized gateway. They can ping both the inside and the outside ip of the virtualized gateway though.

Somehow I got a virus, and I need help removing it.
I've run Malwarebytes, but it doesn't detect it.

What it is is a fake mshta.exe in sysWoW64.

I was on my computer and tilted my monitor back to adjust the angle. This made the DVI come lose. At that point both monitors gave out and I haven't been able to make the computer produce video out since, not even in BIOS.

I have several maxed out drives and never had any problems. I do have it turned off most of the time. and I keep a cover on it because the sata terminals are exposed, its like a toaster with your sata connectors as a crumb tray. I've become spoiled by the silent operation of ssd's so I usually just plug in an hdd for whatever it was I wanted, copy it over to my ssd, and then disconnect the hdd for storage and turn off the dock.

I got some DVD rips (VIDEO_TS files). MPC-HC plays them fine, I transfer it to a hard drive via a dock (something I've done a hundred times before without issue) and now the file will intermittently lock up MPC-HC while the original files still play fine. I have used QuickHash to compare and the backup copy passes. I downloaded VLC and it's able to place back both copies of the files without issue. First thought is the external drive is going bad but SMART data shows it's in good health and all other types of files seem fine. Even other video files seemingly play back fine with MPC-HC, it's just the copy of the Video_TS files that fuck it up. Is this just some funky issue with MPC-HC and I should just ignore it and move on with my backups or is this a sign of deeper issues?

Just recently reinstalled Vista SP1 home basic 32-bit on a separate drive before support ends (because why not.)
After installing all the updates and upgrading to SP2, it updates the windows update agent then loops "Checking for updates..." forever.
I tried the generic solutions on google like restarting the windows update + background services or using ccleaner/disk cleanup.
