I'm a manager of software development in the IT department of a nonprofit.

I hate my job and my colleagues. My superior is a retard and my subordinates are the worst coders I've ever seen. The CEO of the org HATES in house development.

I get set up for failure on a daily basis.

But I get paid slightly over $100k.

Should I put up with the bullshit for the money or look for another job?
