I tried to download a single chapter of meager 80 MB I set it to high and waited but it ignored me and kept downloading all the other files without even trying to download a single piece of the file I wanted

I waited 20 mins and it still hadn't downloaded anything from the file with high priority, i set all the other files to skip and wait until it reaches 100%, surprise it still downloaded fucking nothing of the file I wanted only 2.5 GB of other crap I stopped it and forced a recheck it and the percentage went back to 90% I waited for it to reach 100% again and still nothing
