Not sure if this is the place to go with this but gonna post it anyway. This happened a day or two ago and I have tried everything I can think of (being a fairly technology-related retard). Anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix this?

Go here: https://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/thank-you?country=US&version=16.04.2&architecture=amd64
Download the ISO and burn it to a CD. Reboot your computer with the CD in the drive and follow the instructions on the screen. Be sure to select "use entire disk" when it asks.
Once it's done, your pesky Windows problem will be gone for good.
