Teach me about cryptocurrency coin farming. Is it worth just buying them or investing 10k dollar in a powerful set of rigs in order to mine them? Could I just pay someone 10k to design me a miner for a specific coin for personal use only?
With my 700$ PC I make about 20-25$ a month if that's anything

Taking into account what you waste in electricity?
Is it better and cheaper to buy AMD graphics card for crypto mining? Plus the special features in the AMD CPU piqued my interest, especially with the predictor AI, I'm curious if I can teach it into being a pseudo ASIC miner.

Well depends what you're mining. I won't bother with bitcoin itself, maybe ethereum. Otherwise I'd just pay 700$ for a genuine ASIC chip.

Using PCs for mining hasn't been profitable for years now. You use more electricity than money you make.
ASICs is what you have to use if you want to make some money

Yeah, but ASICs only mine specific coins, not the ones which have the potential to pump and dump like Nautilus which gave 150x gains if somebody had bought in spring 2016 and sold in summer 2016.

Mine Zcash with your current pc if it has a gpu, you can make some nice profit.
