he threw books in my yard into snow damaging the packages. Not to mention he left packages on in the yard without ringing at all which is against the law (leaving the packages in the yard). I didn't have problems with postman before as I stated, I always give money when i expect more packages or I'd warn the postman that I'm not home at certain day so he wouldn't take the packages that day. It's not only the packages, he doesn't deliver the mail as he needs to ie. he throws the mail away or he dumps everything for 1 street at one address.
The problem is that the postman in my country get the job by connections and they have monopoly on all mail delivery.
The postman before was fired cause he had no connections and he wanted a week off cause his wife had a child and he wanted to help, yet the post refused to give him a week, giving him only 2 days off.
Good postman get fired or sent to shitholes, bad postman are protected by a syndicate.

Managed to snag the English version of the second Mi Speaker during GearBest's sales. Better than any laptop speaker for sure, only downside is that I need to tape this thing to the table or it'll start sliding around with any music, even classical.

Decent level of bass that's better than my old 2.0 speakers from 10 years ago, treble seems good and no distortion at 100% volume but it's probably not as loud as those BOSE ones but you're paying like a 10% of the price so yeah. The English version has no SD slot but I'm probably never going to use that anyway.

It has a finish that's not dissimilar to your average Macbook (or any of the aluminum ORICO products) besides the cheesy gold.

You probably need to turn down any bass EQ if you want to put this in your pocket so it doesn't vibrate itself out of your pocket but it's not overly bassy, just imagine a dualshock on medium vibration sort of thing. Treble still sounds good, I think this thing has a sort of V shape sound but doesn't go tinny when you turn down the volume either (pretty much all of my old 2.0 speakers did this).

Forget about magic rocks, you could probably smack someone on the head with this thing.

I got to his supervisor and was in contact with him until the postman straightened out (stopped throwing packages).
It appears there was a shift of postman, 3 changed since one was on sick leave and neither of them knew that you can't deliver mail by throwing them in the yard.

Glass/Plastic has these very minuscule indentations, probably from all the travel and cheap material. Poor stitching on the ultra faux leather over where the holes are, removed it. Holes are also too far, on the last one I still have lots of jiggle room.

Another speaker arrived today (HFiD HFD-810), jump through hoops using Alibaba, the speaker isn't the one I ordered but whatever I'm not spending 50% of the money I spent on it to send it back. It doesn't appear to have any issues people described with it's other release (Sharkk Wave).

Better treble than the Mi Speaker but costs almost twice the price, can go louder but somehow has some bass distortion if you crank up too much bass while the Mi Speaker doesn't have any noticeable bass distortion.

It looks more like a traditional speaker but the lights at the top are pretty. It can also play music while charging but you could also charge your phone with it using the USB port at the back. It's definitely not really portable since it's rather heavy, good for a laptop I guess. Again it doesn't have any SD card slot similar to the Mi Speaker international version.

Can you use the HFiD to smack someone on the head? Absolutely. Will it hurt more than the Mi Speaker's hit? Probably not, since it's not as sharp.

I'm amazed how well the Mi Speaker holds up in comparison, sure it's not as loud and sounds slightly boxier than the HFiD but it's pretty damn impressive, lightweight and feels good to pick up.

I'd recommend anyone the Mi Speaker if you want something portable with decent sound, it doesn't break the bank either. The HFiD fills the room better but the Mi Speaker is about 70% or so there.

it won't give you cancer, but judging from the pics the quality is mid to low-end, as far as loose leaf teas go, but it's consequently cheap so you might well go for it
if you're new to loose leaf tea I would recommend you get one of those samplers with 20 or 30 or 40 types of tea, health tea house has a nice one with 35 different types that I recommend

some teas also use words like supreme, imperial and such, and these have meaning relative only to one kind of tea, where usually supreme is the lowest grade and imperial II or imperial III or [name of a chink dinasty] II/III is the highest
still, disregard these because most chinks make these up
when judging quality, look at the leaves pictures after infusion
