Because

1. Pth has decent organization, better interview system ,many staff members and mods actually spend a lot of their free time in there.

2. Has better invite forum.Basically becoming the "door" to other decent or cabal trackers.

3. Mostly high-rollers and e-penis guys entered it, measuring all the time their e-penis in the forums. Its a good incentive for those people nevertheless.

4. Its not open to the public,so more people have incentive to try and enter ans upload more.

5. Building a ratio may be a challenge, thats why a lot of people have to upload their crap.

Feel free to add whatever you want.Just my point of view.
