I'm deciding between 2 knives, the Ganzo G727m or G729. If I am indifferent about the look, is there any reason to pay a few bucks more for the G729? Is the blade or construction known to be any better? The G729 does look slightly more comfortable to hold, anything other than this?

JJRC H31 is resistant to breaking and flies pretty precisely, but it's too big for smaller houses. I guess it works if you live in a big one. Also, why not take it outside...?

The H36 the other anon linked is quite resistant to breaking, but it feels overloaded and a bit sluggish with the prop guards. You do a flip and it drops like 1.5m or something - this is also a bit of a problem indoors if you ask me.

Maybe get the JJRC H20 hexacopter - of course if you aren't controlling carefully, that one will go off halfway like a rocket and it flies a bit shorter, but I think it's quite reasonable.

The H31 is much too big to fly indoors for anything other than comedy purposes. I have an H20H which is the H20 with a barometer for altitude hold. It's not a bad buy for a first quad because the altitude hold means you don't need to worry about the throttle, though it does feel a bit limiting after a while.

Any micro quad with prop guards should handle bumping into walls now and again. No toy quad will cope well with being repeatedly slammed into walls at full speed. The smaller the quad the less likely you are to slam it into a wall in the first place, so consider a nano quad like the Cheerson CX10whatever or the FQ777-124.

I'm the anon that bought all this bullshit.

My superlux hd681's arrived today, so here's my initial thoughts based on the short time I've listened to them.

My point of reference is my AKG K550's which I enjoy quite a lot. My other audio gear is a decent car system (pioneer PRS splits, kicker l7 12", DSP with full time alignment & EQ). HT gear is a pioneer amp and 5.1 Jamo system (S604's & 606's + sub). I like good sound, but can't afford the best, so I try to get good value...

The 681's do not disappoint. I can categorically say I have never heard $30 headphones that sound this good. I had fairly high expectations after reading the reviews, but I'm pretty impressed. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger.

The bass is a little too much for me, and slightly boomy, this works well for rap and the like, but listening to metal, the double kicks dominate a bit too much.

The mids are a little far back for me. They are clear but not present enough. Vocals and snare drums get hidden a little bit.

The highs are 'sweet' but it sounds like there is too much past 15K or so, this tends to thin out the sound a little.

As I mentioned, this is coming from the notoriously flat AKG550. Superlux really has made a winner here. The above criticism should be viewed in light of the fact I'm comparing AUD 30 to AUD 250 headphones...

FWIW, my source is an SB xfi titanium. I have a chink amplifier, but the 681's don't need it (neither do my AKG's). I was listening to 320K mp3's a mix of rap, metal, rock.

ZERO Memechanical keyboard guy here. The keyboard is fine to type on and for regular use. But it has weird anti-ghosting. I can't press ctrl+shift+i at once.
