PTP is quite literally the most poorly managed large/popular tracker that exists.
Reports on popular (top 10) torrents can take multiple weeks for them to investigate. It often takes them months to choose a GP - during which time there are upwards of 5 torrents for every format. It takes 2+ months for new torrents to be approved. Disabled users are often forced to wait days to talk to staff in their disabled channel.

On BTN for example I was erroneously disabled and it took all of five minutes on their IRC to reenable my account. That's how a proper torrent is ran. PTP is a disaster
