Not that I know of. Some anons said PTP TM, but others have disputed that. I'm inclined to believe there's no recruitment in PTP TM but I can't confirm. Though honestly just by uploading 500+ movies you stand a good chance of having someone invite you, I think....

In any case, BIB recruitment is closed atm, so if you're not already on there, it isn't a great option unless they reopen recruitment or you can get an invite.
