I just completed my ESP8266 connected switch. The main brain is an 8052 based micro (AT89S52). I just send a packet to the ESP, and it toggles a pin as specified in the packet. Everything running off a 10Ahr power bank
I will implement a system of motion detection that lights up when someone get near the bathroom at night. I live in a slum in Rio de Janeiro and luckily I don't pay for eletricity.
