Yep, you're absolutely right. I never considered the PTH discord secure, by any definition of the word, but the reason I created it was because the TT one was compromised long ago and having some security was better than none.

In the end, it's just easier to cut ties with Discord and decentralize the entire voice chat operation and have little to no staff involvement in conversations because it pulls us from our focus of making PTH the best site possible.

I don't hold anything against 4chan, by the way. You guys keep us in line, even if I hate the public way of handling information. Everything is public nowadays; there is little to no amount of privacy on the internet.
