Hwy guys, just got my first graphics card. But im not sure if its working because it won't show up in the device manager display adapters list.
But I have my monitor plugged into it so I know that its running, my monitors is working fine.
The card is a gigabyte gtx 1060 3 GB
Power supply is gigabyte 530 watt.
Mono is gigabyte fm2 a55m ds2
Processor is AMD a10-5800k apu
Ram is 12 GB ddr3 1333 MHz
And CPU cooler is cooler master hyper 103
I know you are not my tech support, but I don't have any real friends to ask.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

try installing the drivers from the nvidia site.

Check in the device manager what is powering up your monitor. There should be any clue there.
(Have you tried turning it off and on to see if there was any change?)

are you plugging your hdmi or whatever in the card or the mobo
