Ill talk about the LG one I have since other LG panels have been getting way better looking and preforming. The pros are its a larger panel so it is great for the extra space compared to the 1920x1080 ones. It has no real image issues and ill consider it pretty damn good for what it displays. The cons are its a 1080 panel still so its not very tall so can seem a little weird. If you plant to play games on it it dont. Its good in what it does but any 1440p ultrawide will kill it. So my overall is get the 1080p ultrawides if you need more space for work and stuff. Its not to great for streaming and gaming. If you want it to be more well rounded a normal 16:9 will work or if you have extra money get a 2560 x 1440p panel and you will be alot more happy with that as a main.

The razer stealth is pretty damn good performance though. Could always just get the one with the 1080 and go dual gpus c; I would only go the last generation macbook pro unless you really want to scrub through videos on the "new" touch bar. Also go big on the 15" if you do get the new one.

Objectively incorrect opinion. The NAGA always used a laser senor with heavy acceleration. It is objectively an inferior mouse to over half the market of mice available.

I know people like to poo poo on razer mouses alot but in 2011 when i was in school with crazy amounts of rich asian students, one of them left a razer lachesis and it was put in lost and found. One day just about when everyone had left I got first look at the lost and found and copped it because "blue led".

ergonomics are ultra comfy. I never use any of the programmable buttons
I've been using ever since and I've never had a problem with it.

deathadder 2013 here. 4 years of solid service in MMO and FPS use mainly. I have slightly larger than average, but not gorilla-paw sized hands. I find it very comfortable. Good motion. I know plenty of people with really old cheap-ish Razer stuff that still works perfectly, while most of their newer products all have very common issues related to poor build quality and all have short lifespans. Everything made around 2013 or 2014 and afterwards is trash, and Razer isn't the only company guilty of this.

If the mouse is still working fine, I don't see a reason to get a new one. However, if you want something similar to the MX518, the G502 has pretty much the same shape and is great for general use, with the downsides being that it's slightly heavy for FPS and the questionable looks. Logitech has some of the best mice out there right now. G403 is right now the best one.

What are you going to use the mouse for though? General use/browsing? FPS? MOBA/MMO?

I go back and forth between a mecha keyboard and a chiclet low travel keyboard all the time. I can never make up my mind about which one i prefer.

Currently writing on a G710+ with Cherry MX Blues, previously owned a Razer Blackwidow...2012? 2013? Back when they still used Chery MX Blues as well. I do not see even a remote difference in how well I do in video games based on the keyboard I'm using.

I just like the clickity clacky. I feel that typing on these things makes my fingers tired much faster than when using other keybaords though, so, when I'm in college I switch to a Logitech K750.

Unless they're legit pros, I honestly think any "gamer" who talks about the superiority of mecha keyboards is just repeating what they've heard and is compensating for the fact they're just not that good.

On the G502 they moved those DPI buttons to the left of the left mouse button, which is a lot easier to use and harder to click accidentally. So if you want something similar but improved, it's a pretty good choice.

The G403 is one of the top FPS mice right now, so if that's most of the stuff you play, it's pretty great. Zowie mice are also very well regarded among FPS players. Basically anything from Logitech, Zowie and maybe Mionix are good choices. Stay away from Razer and Steelseries. Corsair is alright, but their mice are pretty different shape-wise from the other brands.

Always recommend people to watch Rocket Jump Ninja's reviews. Check the top 40 mice page on his website and try to find something that fits what you want for weight, size and game genre.
