Update 11 was announced roughly 12 hours late (see post times). Even after those 12 hours, they only passed the goal by 1k FLACs. You're telling me that APL reached the goal on time, but during those 12 hours only 1k FLACs (that's 83 flacs/hour) were uploaded? Come on Z, use some logic.
