I live in Europe and have never ever heard of it, not by word of mouth, not from any reviews or websites, nothing.
It might be popular in your particular third world shithole of a country full of poverty, but it's unheard of up here in the north. But "cheap" and "decent for the price" implies they do chinkshit rebranding. I wouldn't touch such a PSU with a 12 foot rusty pole.
