is there some way to make a standard user have administrative privelages but without having to actualy login as an admin.

I dont need to worry about UAC, this is an old OS

I can login to administrator but I dont want my app to get blocked if some user who wants to install it isnt an admin.

I've tried all I know with batch/vbs scripting.

I need a scripted solution, not some utility that can do what I need.

youre wrong as usual, a standard user does not have admin privs it has normal privs and a restricted user has restricted privs and a sysem/service account has admin privs + system privs. but this is obvioustly too hard for a macfag
