I use Nova because I set it up gesture shortcuts. It's pretty decent but I don't think it's faster than the stock launchers these days.

Probably just going to use the google experience launcher when I setup my next phone and go minimalistic.

I was using the OnePlus launcher for a while. I really like the shelf, but other than that it is lacking. I've moved on to Nova.

Nova Prime. I used Apex before, which has some features in the non-paid version that Nova only has in the paid versions, but for the paid versions, Nova is a lot nicer. Great bonus of Nova is the sub-grid.

Apex. It's the easiest one to just clear everything and start from scratch using Zooper Widget.

Has no-nonsense configuration, allows me to hide apps from drawer and has good gestures.
Does what I need it to.

The stock Oneplus launcher on the OP2. I like that my app/folder drawer background becomes automatically black when I use Dark Theme. Also it lets me hide the redundant Google search bar from the home screen. Simple, beautiful, and works well.

Action Launcher, only because of the gesture support and quick actions. All I look for is icon pack support, gestures and the ability to hide apps. Anything else is just autism.

Blur Launcher is pretty good because of the integration with Source reader, but they take too long to pull in stuff from GNL. When it gets quick actions I'll probably switch back since AL seems to be pretty heavy.
