I always wondered why there's such a major difference between the download/upload speed. I looked at my current Time Warner Spectrum plan which is 60 MBPS for download and 5 MBPS for upload. This cost me $90 a month. This is the only ISP in my city but I looked at other competitors in major city such as COX internet...200 MBPS down and only 20 MBPS up. Why do these ISP offer measly upload speed when people would rarely use it as much as downloading. Wouldn't it be nicer to have faster speeds? I wish I could have a good ratio on a tracker without a seedbox

The whole "trickle down" inviting they did (start on top, gain a advantage to seem reliable, then slowly expand the userbase as the site becomes more and more stable) is far more effective.

Apollo took the same approach as so many other forgettable trackers; open registrations, low quality control with the goal in mind that things where going to slowly get more stable just to realize that this simply does not work.
