Last.fm→ find super compatible users under neighbours + scrobbling to get recs + recs from the libraries of super compatible users
Spotify→ Discovery playlist is a MUST, exhaust the entire rec album page
Pandora + spotify + itunes radio→ seed similar station songs
8Tracks → listen to themed playlists these are usually popular songs but you can use them to seed Pandora + Spotify + iTunes radios for more music
/mu/ → You want the /last.fm/ threads. Sharethreads are fucking useless unless you want music that everyone else is sharing (looking at the youtube vids or what other people request can yield interesting songs though, but requesters don't usually paste a youtube sample so it's generally shit.)

Collages, similar artist maps.
Search in /mu/'s archives with your artist names, they'll bring up last.fm users with similar interests and/or lists of music which they like
Search in google what artists are similar to x or use last.fm/spotify to find them

Running arch linux but really any linux distro will look like this if you install the infinality font rendering package, use cinnamon for your desktop environment and arc as your theme. Can't remember my default font that I set though, sorry.
