I don't care about anything relating to video games. Apple ESPECIALLY doesn't give a fuck and never have. They've never mentioned it for Mac Pro. Why would they for a laptop? While they have video games on their platform, they don't care about them nor are they "hardcore" games. Not to say it can't do it, but they don't care. They've only cared about them on iPhone to show off the power of their hardware.

As for Microsoft, it's ignorant to say they don't care about video games. If anything, Windows has a large market share due to video games (or at least one of the reasons). It's obvious what market the Surface is for so, I don't know what the fuck they're complaining about.

It's like getting a dual Xeon workstation and complaining that it's overpriced and not good for video games. It's because it's not made for them, you mongoloids.

The Surface Studio is actually pretty decently priced. Comparable screen size and resolution to the Cintiq 27QHD, which costs $2800 and is just a screen. The $3000 model, in addition, has

I still wouldn't advocate buying one, at least. For one, next year's model will have a 10-series GPU which is leaps and bounds better than the current one. Also, the Surface's pen-touch display isn't as "nice" as a Wacom touchscreen. (it's weirdly shaky in places).

Not every higher end machine has to be capable of high-grade gaming, but when I pay that much money for a laptop I really do think that it merits a good dedicated GPU. GPUs aren't just for gaming, and I just don't think that I'm getting my money's worth based on the other components.

The Surface Studio, however, I fully agree. It's clearly made for design types and the extra money goes toward stuff like the digitizer. When you add that kind of stuff into the cost it isn't nearly as much of a loss as the most expensive MBPs.
