like it's funny sometimes because yeah you wanna be noticed by someone anyone but at some point even you need to understand that it's a pain having to look at you guys pretending to be something you hate so much.

Not really. There are some macbook users, but not significantly more than usual. Thinkpads are quite popular though.

However, those things usually vary by university.

the ones in my uni have alienware/msi/thinkpads
Ive seen a few business dells/hps and rarely any macs, the ones that have those are usually graphics/journalist kids

Nope, I'm studying CS, most people use windows 10, although there are some guys with Arch thinkpads too
