I used to be an employed mobile game developer. Am currently an umployed one.

The amount of ripoff and optimization companies put into getting fuckers with money on board with their inane titles is staggering.

There are also good titles for it, without the product shoving it's arm deep into your wallet, though rarely are they appreciated.

People like free and cheap, not quality, which is exactly what android's problem is.

Who the fuck wants to carry that thing around out in public? The poor battery life itself should be a reason to trash it. Also factor in how 3rd party publishers won't find much reason to support it because MS & Sony are transcending their hardware, developers would have to spend even more time and effort reducing the graphics and rearraging a game to meet the graphical capabilities.
