Latex is an amazing material for mattresses. It's bouncier and cooler than memory foam, with all its other advantages.

But it's a terrible one for pillows, at least in one piece. The same bounciness that's nice in a mattress feels weird in a pillow, like I'm balanced on a bubble.

The pillow I'm using right now is a shredded memory foam one. The shreds make it both more moldable and cooler than one-piece, even one-piece latex. It was only $33 on Amazon too.
A friend of mine had a shredded multi-foam bean bag though, it had latex and memory foam mixed (and maybe other foams?) and that felt really amazing, so I've been trying to track down a pillow made of that.
