dickies brand khakis. Regular fit. They're the best pants, they can be causal or dressed up. The dickies brand has some kind of scotch guard or hydrophobic coating that prevents stains. They're not too cheap or too expensive, and last for about two years wearing them 1-2 times a week, and washing weekly. They're also available at Walmart so they can be replaced at any hour if need be.
Really can't go wrong with them, and they're better looking and more durable than similarly priced jeans. They also come in black, blue, khaki coloured, as well as rarer colours.

I think the real question for this thread is what to wear for a jacket or coat thats good for business causal and up. That's where I struggle to find decent clothes. On the upside my waifu just got a part time management job at J.Crew and we have an outlet next to her family's beach house about an hour away. So I will have access to 80-95% off their clothes in the near future.

Everything's amazing, except the pajama bottoms don't fit as well as I'd like.

Since I'm a T-Rex mode /fit/izen, it's hard to find pants that fit. I've been so frustrated finding pants that I really liked that I eventually just decided to make my own. Some 100% cotton herring-bone weave I found at a local store. I sewed it up with the leg seams inside, like chinos, but added cargo pockets. They're modeled off cargo pants from Triple Aught Design. Once I get the pattern right I'm going to make some out of wool suiting; right now they're not great, they kind of bind in the crotch.
I've been wearing oxford cloth button downs from CostCo for years. I get a size up and alter them to fit. When this last batch wears out I'll replace them with something a little more upscale.
