No. It's secure by its cryptographic nature, not lack of computing power. There is no way of knowing if a given plaintext is any more valid than any other. About the only theroetical attack would be frequency analysis, but even then, that's defeated by simply having the same letter equate to a different code with each repeated use.

Anyone can generate a key of indefinite length from a random number generator. The question is how one ensures that one does not have both the encrypted message and the key discovered by an enemy.

Since there is no repetition in the key, there would be no discernible repetition in the encrypted message. So you can't go about looking for certain phrases that keep popping up. You also can't go based on the frequency of the letters, because again, the keystream is random.
