Xfinity router not working. Phone, internet, and tv are all not working. We called a little boy in the Philippines that basically did nothing and told us that we have to wait till Tuesday for someone to come. Do any of you know how I could fix it?

just download the xfinity account app and do a reboot on the device, not turning off but a reboot
