I have came up with an internet messaging idea that will put things like Kik, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, and any other type of IM service in its grave. If I do not put together a team to begin to implement this, others will within the next 10 year guaranteed, Will literally revolutionize how people interact with each other while online. What do I do?

Concepts are utterly, completely worthless. Sometimes worse than worthless, if you believe you somehow own the things.
Design, publish, deliver.
