I told my friend to get the se because they were coming from the 4s and there wasn't any reason to change the entire form factor when the only problem was the internal hardware.

Sort of. By friend I meant gf, but didn't want to make lonely fucks on this board feel bad. She's only ever had an iPhone so there's little reason to learn an entirely new OS when essentially the same device is available with better hardware. She uses cloud services for everything and as such doesn't need an sd slot and I'm on an Android device so I don't really care.
