What apps do you recommend for a newfag regarding phones

What do you guys think how much the new nexus line will cost? I was thinking about getting one of them but if they are too expensive then its a no no for me. Might get a phone tomorrow on the primeday from warehouse deals.

I was thinking of buying a refurbished LG G4, but that thread about the bootloop problem has really put me off, are there any phones that are about the same size, have a decent camera and don't have some horrible problem?

Looking to spend about £200-250 and I would prefer if it had a microsd slot and good battery life/replaceable battery but I'm starting to be not that bothered about those.

Is there any good chink phone that is compatible with T-Mobile? Redmi Note 3 Pro looked to be a no brainer but I've heard from some of you guys that outside select cities coverage could be shit. I'm looking for something in that price range. I could go up to $300-350 if it's worth it.

Should I get a Lenovo K3 Note or the more expensive Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro?
Custom Rom support is important, because I don't want to use shady Chinese software. I've heard that the Xiamo is not that easy to unlock/flash?

Any ideas for a phone under 120usd compatible with t-mobile usa bands? I'd very much like root, and a nice camera to replace my aging Olympus camera altogether. From some comparisons to friends phones that means the camera would need to be somewhere on par with a samsung galaxy s5 / s6 camera.

If you want shit like wireless charging or a great camera a flagship is what you want but for the price of a note 3 pro the best I could get locally is a 3rd gen moto g.

Because Cortex A57 is an old design. Cortex A72 is newer and more efficient. despite running on an older manufacturing process it runs cooler and faster.
That's why SD808 and SD810 are quite horrible SoC's. they overheat and throttle very often under heavy tasks.

I bought one last year.
Luckily managed to get the shop to take it back from me eventhough it was against their policy.
The Z3+ has the first version of the SD810, which had hoorifying overheating issues, which is why it was quickly discontinued.
The camera shuts down in about 30 seconds to a minute because of heat, there is monstrous throttling and I haven't owned the phone for long enough to find out but I think it even had random reboots.

Zuk Z2 Pro ended as a shitty product from Lenovo.

I have seen comparison videos with the LeMax2 and the OP3.

The camera of the OP3 is dominating both devices.
Zuk Z2 Pro is not worth its money.

And the same goes for the ZTE Axon 7.

The problem wasn't just the camera. Anything that made the phone even mildly hot caused everything to go to shit.

I currently have a galaxy core prime. A K3 note would be fine too but to sd port only allowing 32 gb is a huge problem. Software is tolerable
Amazing DAC/Headphone amp (ESS SABRE 9018 and ESS SABRE 9602 Amp)
Camera is very good with RAW and manual controls
Battery life is not the best
Build quality is more than excellent
