They don't do official recruitment because they are nearly always less than 1k from being full. All they do is take applications at their IRC and rely on their members to invite others.

Best thing you can do is find somebody with a really high rank, like staff, VIP, Torrent master, etc who is offering CG invites and get it from them. /pure/ isn't really an issue at CG since they are very chill about who gets to join and only ban you if do something really bad and unforgivable.
