Brazilianfag here. 1st world country why are you guys só underdeveloped in some aspects? I mean you online banking system is shit, I can do whatever I want using a cellphone without worry here. And also you take days to vote and even more time to check while we use an electronic system that end election in a day and give us the result as soon as it ends.
I really don't get it, can't other countries just copy this kind of shit?

The one thing that I am genuinely bothered by though (but at least understand it) is the lack of decent public transportation outside of major cities. To be fair though, it just isn't feasible to have that kind of travel in a country both this large, and with the variation of the terrain. At least we have cheap domestic flights and train rides.

I'm going to be building a new PC to replace my aging first gen i7. Pic related is the case I've selected - a Corsair Obsidian 450D.
I do not understand the bottom placement of the PSU. From what I'm seeing the PSU fan would blow upward directly against my GPU.
What is the logic behind this? Would I not be blowing excessive hot air onto my GPU + other components? I've never built a PC with one of these bottom mounted PSU's before, and one of the most basic laws of physics is "heat rises"...

Heat rises is exactly why its on the bottom. it sucks air down and out the back and stays cooler than if it were in the older standard ATX position. Cooler PSU == happier PSU

It draws air in through vents in the bottom of the case and out of the back. It's not a concern. Besides any decent modern PSU barely gets warm and won't even spin the fan up under 60% load.
