I was 230lbs when I joined the Marines. Came out 160 3 months later. I was ripped.

70 lbs in three months and I looked good too. No excessive lose skin.

What did I eat? A shit ton of food, three meals a day. Protein filled breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

PSA these things are a godsend to anyone doing keto. Low carb (ranging between 3 and 4.5 depending on the flavour) Only 205 calories per par, they're huge too, they don't just satisfy you for 30 minutes, one will fill me up for 2.5 hours or so if i'm hungry inbetween a meal or at work. A little pricey, around $3 AUD per bar, which is quite a lot considering you could spend the same amount and get a pack of like 8 muesli bars for the same price. High in protein, 6g of fat, and the best part is they fucking taste amazing. I put the choc mint one in the freezer for 15 minutes and it tastes just like choc mint ice cream. I think they're sweetened with stevia plant which is why they're low carb. A m a z i n g protein snack. I don't even hit the gym and I eat these bad boys. Gotta watch out for excess protein though but a snack is a snack.

That's a high TDEE. Be careful if you choose a high activity level. It's a good idea to choose sedentary or the next level.

But if it's right, then yes, you should eat around 2500 which will help you lose around 2lbs per week.
MyFitnessPal or other resources can help you track your calories.

You have to figure out what works for you. A rule of thumb is to not go under 1500, but I don't think there's much science behind it.
Don't eat so little that it makes you snap and binge.

You don't need to go to the gym if there's too much stuff happening in your life, but if you can devote thirty minutes or so just walking briskly around the block do it every day. Also look up intermittent fasting if you haven't already, it's a good way to still lose weight while keeping yourself free for other tasks.

Make the pod noodle pasta, but don't drink the broth when you've made it, just eat the noodles - or half of it. The broth is so salty and not good for you. Eat the squares bar in an hour or so.
Drink water. Lots of water.

Check how much calories are in the bar and the noodle and see what you have to go on.

I dont know about in burger land, but in Denmark a McD or Bking Cheeseburger are 300 calories, so if you can eat 1500 calories a day you can fast and then eat 5 cheeseburgers in the evening and still lose weight.

I dont recommend eating cheeseburgers every day, but this way you can do it every once in a while and still lose weight.

Half the problem with them is that the standardcheeseburgers are like 300kcal but then they give you 400-500kcal of chips (french fries) with them. That and burgers with additional toppings, bigger buns etc. tend to balloon the calorie content, sometimes up to 800-1000+, depending on the burger. If in doubt, don't fucking ballpark it - get the calorie info for the items you're eating.

I know the "Health" part of /fit/ - Health & Fitness was removed years ago but I'm disappointed my blood pressure hasn't improved more. One cheat day a week eating at your TDEE would be fine. But giving yourself an entire week as you admit how weak you are honestly makes it sound like you won't make it. Your diet shouldn't be that excruciating, because in order to succeed you have to be able to keep up eating at your new, reduced TDEE when you've lost weight. At that point, cheating will put weight back on again.

That will, over time, make you fat again.

If this is what you're asking, 3lbs a week is doable.
Get skyr yogurt and meat, possibly fish, to help get your protein in as few calories as possible.
Get used to plainer tasting food, or just use hot sauce.
Then do cardio. Not sure what really matters, but i do 4x 10-13 min (including cool down) sessions at a high, but sustainable intensity, 3 days a week.
Work it in or around your lifting.

Now here's the problem, i can't really tell what progress i made, if any, as far as muscle and lifts go. As a /fat/ fag I mostly focused on pull ups, chin ups and dips, and made progress to go up to actually doing multiple reps at bodyweight, but i can't tell you how much of that was muscle and how much of that was getting incrementally lighter. Also, i've hit this plateau where i worry that 'cardio kills gains' might not be a meme after all.

Tl;dr i didn't get any worse losing 3lbs a week.getting enough protein is easier than you think.

1. You're not getting enough proper nutrients your body needs even with the multivitamin.

2. You have a condition called "telogen effluvium", which is where the stress from sudden or excessive weight loss makes the hair follicles go into their resting phase and start to shed. The resting phase can last 2-3 months and then the hair will grow back.

Please r8 my diet for this month.

3 protein shakes a day (breakfast/after workout/bedtime)

4 eggs + 1 fruit (banana/orange/mango)
>Lunch
12 oz chicken breast with 5 oz of salad
>Dinner
5 oz Steak burger on whole wheat bread w/lettuce/tomato/pepper jack cheese.

I always snack on fruit and sugar is the ultimate gain goblin in my eyes.

No milk cuz lactose intolerant.

What would you suggest in terms of nutrition?

I usually aim for a 45% carbs 25% fat 30% protein split in my daily diet and have slowly been eating more fruit and veggies. Would two multi vitamins help?

My weight loss took 15 months. Went from 221 lbs 33% body fat to 179 lbs 14% body fat.

Im not counting calories desu. I've been eating like this for years though, so I'm definitely not at a deficit.

Just started last month going to the gym 5-6x a week averaging 1-2 hours making sure I'm at least sore before leaving.

Ok guys, I've tried so many times, so many times I've fallen out of and restarted my diet, all I want is a six pack, I want to look good and feel good about myself, maybe I've lost 15 kg, maybe I've packed on some muscle, but I am still overweight, I still keep failing like a fucking idiot because of my addiction to food.
Well I'm going to become a namefag and report every day, if I fail then make fun of me, this is my LAST and FINAL attempt at putting down the fork.

Core exercises really helped my six pack come out.

Hanging leg raises, heavy deadlifts, front squats, and ab roller are a great way to make your abdominal muscles come in. Do those exercises regularly for a few months and your abs should be quickly visible after a cut.

You have to be at a pretty steep cut or eat like exclusively rice or something dumb to have nutritional deficiencies in the modern world. Taking 1 multivitamin isn't even helpful for the vast majority of people, but it won't hurt. Taking multiple multivitamins can hurt, since some vitamins can be bad for you when you get too much.

Took the time to calculate my BMI, and apparently my fat mass is 27kg.

I know this isn't 100% accurate. But
I've already lost 28kg, so I'm pretty confident I can get this done. Once all my excess fat is gone at a low body fat, I'll focus on building muscle. I've already started lifting, though.
